If for any reason you're unsatisfied with service during the first thirty days of service, we'll refund your entire payment (minus any domain purchase fees) without hesitation. 

Our clients rarely have to take advantage of the money back guarantee. However, it's great to have it there in case things don't work out.

"Are there any easy ways to install software/cms on Fused?"

Yes, we have Installatron.


Installatron allows you to easily install software like content management systems, forums and many others.

Every shared hosting account at Fused comes with this easy-to-use software that allows you to install scripts in just a few clicks!

We currently accept several forms of payment methods including:

A receipt for all payments will be provided via e-mail.

Unlike most providers, we have zero fees to upgrade an account. Note that you will need to pay the "difference" on any term you're on.

For example:

If you have a hosting account that expires in December & it is currently June, you'll need to pay for the upgrade for the 6 months that remain before the next renewal. Upgrades are only for the length of the remaining term though!

We're frequently asked if we offer reseller hosting and the short answer is no.

Reseller hosting is one of those beasts that we're simply not comfortable managing. We're a provider that strives to offer the highest quality experience and doing that through proxy (e.g. reseller client > their own clients) doesn't allow us to provide the best. In essence, we tend to communicate very thoroughly with all of the clients that we host and adding another barrier between ourselves and the actual client using the service would downgrade that experience.

The other underlying reasons are that we frequently run into reseller clients who don't properly screen their clientele prior to signing them up resulting in spammers, exploit attempts, and other sort of nasties.

While we do actually have several reseller clients and are open to discussion about the packages, we generally tend to avoid offering them.

If you have any questions don't hesitate to contact our support team nonetheless though!

If you bought it, you own it! 

All domain names that are purchased through Fused are owned by that user who originally purchased them. In order to avoid privacy concerns, we do register the domain name under our company details. However, we can modify the details upon request.

That's probably a question best answered via our online support system and not a Knowledgebase entry.

While all of our packages are excellent and fit the majority of needs, sometimes sites are larger or smaller than others. If you're uncertain which package you should select, please don't hesitate to ask as we should be able to help you gauge which one is best.

Please note that we do not have any upgrade fees so even if you select one of our lower packages you can easily move up without any hassles later on as your site grows.

I would personally recommend that you sign-up on the payment term that you're most comfortable with. We're not one of those hosting providers that require you to sign up for 6-12 centuries to get some obscene discount, but we do offer 10% off on annual payments.

If you've had experience with us previously & were satisfied, I'd recommend going for the yearly payment as it will save you funds in the end & reduce the hassle of remembering to pay every month. If you don't know us from Tom, Dick & Harry, try monthly out and see if we're worth your money first. We know we are, but we like to prove ourselves!

Most accounts are activated within 15 minutes of the order and payment being submitted. All Fused Network accounts are activated manually, so this may take a bit longer on occasion.


Please note that we do often verify orders via phone prior to activation. If you're unavailable, it may delay the setup.

Accounts that are paid via cheque, money order, or any other "delayed" payment method will not be configured until the payment arrives and is processed.
