Server stopped responding after I made multiple failed login attempts

Our system blocks bruteforce attempts to add an additional layer of security to our control panel, email, FTP, and SSH. If you've made multiple failed logins to your account and can no longer access your site or services, simply open a support ticket and provide us with your IP address.

Keep in mind that this ban only affects your computer or network, and all other visitors are able to see your site without issue.
